In May 2023, The Precinct, a 10,000 m² office complex located at the entrance to Grand Baie, was inaugurated. Developed at a cost of 1.2 billion rupees by Gateway Real Estate Africa (GREA), this project stands out for its futuristic design and high ecological standards. It is the first building in Mauritius to be awarded the Green Building Council of South Africa's ‘5-Star Green Certified rating’. The Precinct offers flexible workspaces, integrating restaurants, shops and wellness facilities to meet the needs of modern businesses.
